The Canadians apparently know how to design an unmistakable ballot. Their ballots have a big circle in which you place a big X next to the candidate of your choice. You don't have to penetrate them and they don't have any loose chads or other potential weak links. They have one kind of ballot for the entire country and the elections are supervised and counted by a third party under contract. Too bad they don't have the Second Amendment, else it would be an attractive refuge for those of us who are disgusted with the debacle in Florida.
