The Florida Supreme Court wants to ensure that their electoral votes count rather than default into the political abyss of congress! I think you're very right on this point, I don't think that the Florida Supreme Court would want to give the appearance of dropping the ball and letting the entire State fall into some congressional black hole...<g> I didn't follow the hearings yesterday, but I've been told the judge's questions were right to the point, no wasted time in their court..... today, I'll have time to watch the proceedings... I really hated to miss it yesterday..... GZ
