Much of the mail is passed from ship to ship to get it to the US. Heck the US post office in my own town here is hardly ever open. They keep banker's hours. I'm lucky if I can get something postmarked! <<As for myself I just want to see an accurate count of the votes >> So why would you want a manual count? I will agree in general; I think no matter who wins they will have trouble with Congress and this is a stagnant, forgettable 4 yrs that we are in for.
