One more thing....that address of his firm (1500 K St.). Trust me, that rent district does not cater to your run of the mill JDs.

But remember, the guy's from Bronxville...no wonder he can look a State Supreme Court Justice in the face and say what he said.

Cognitive Dissonance Alert

Greg,

The bar claim that Carvin' has high ethical standards?

At what, carvin' twenty-two pound turkeys?

Good grief gobbler Rex. This reminds me of the rating of IRID bonds in May of '99. Just before they augered in.

I got a Bridge in Brooklyn that I will sell to you at a $100 a foot. I am the Queen of England and I'm sure I can afford it. Lemme have it, big boy.....

PRACTICE-AREAS
Too bad, so sad, this chucklehead needs a whole lot more practice.

Greg,

Here's an abbreviated version of the oral arguments from yesterday in Tallahassee.

nytimes.com

The Carvin quote, which we discussed last evening is on page 10.

Note, the upper photo is of Michael Carvin, and not Joe Klock as the NY Times has inadvertently indicated.

The oral arguments continued beyond what the NY Times has incorporated in its 11 pages of text. I've no idea why they cut it off at that point.

HTH, Ray
