OT: Election Fraud After reading the following excerpt, one can see how Bush has no chance if the hand counts are allowed. Considering all the commissions are all now democrats completely (Broward lost it's one republican today), Bush cannot win this fight. "In the hand count in Florida, counters decide the fate of a ballot. Either party can appeal a decision by a team of counters. Those ballots go before a three-member canvassing commission.
