sc, I agree re the refinery bottleneck. The refiners have begun to practice just in time inventory so this does not help either.

Also I think that strong demand in Asia, Europe and the US is what is keeping crude prices high, with the refinery thing hurting us in the US. Bus week had a article stating that refining capacity in the US has actually decreased 5% over the last several yrs.
