Then you know nothing about case law. What I am trying to say is the only decision that will prevent petitions to the US supreme court is a statewide recount.
If only the democrat counties are counted the Rep voters will take it to the Feds (if they lose). If the recounts aren't allowed in the punch-ballot counties dem voters will take it to the Feds.
It's the only quick way to settle it. You will have the Palm Beach lawsuit and the Seminole lawsuit outstanding, and neither of these will probably be considered.
