Freeus,
I always do 2 turks and 1 is traditional. Typically go for two 7 pounders. The fried turkey only takes a half hour, but getting ready to fry it I get out of the house and avoid getting abused by mother inlaw about by drinking problem. lol. My brother inlaw and I fill our cups up and head outdoors. We also fry the neighbors if they prepare it and make a social hour out of it.
