Forget it, Tom. The inmates are in control. Qcom could get a 3G deal with Nokia, get orders for 100 million chips from Dell and Gateway, and they'd still be talking about how it's not at 1000. That was a pre split number by the way. I can think of maybe 10 folks on si who know what this deal means. The rest will try to predict the mood of the market. I wish them luck. They might as well play roulette, the odds are better. NT's 4th or 5th reiteration doesn't matter either

Thanks Tom for the piece on Qcom. Tom I'm watching this Ndx 2700-40 area has to hold or 2500 area is next. IIX took out a key level yesterday 378, next supports to 343- 335. Yhoo is breaking down again thru 45( a must hold). Ms. Meeker's comments on Yhoo this morning could be the nail that shuts Yhoo's coffin ... possible next price target 32. Don't you love these analyst? You cannot throw out one sector and expect everything else to rally. This has to be broad based for any rally to be sustainable. Will the slow bleed continue?
