Oh, I'm sure they don't too! But that's not the point I made, thank-you, not at all. An effect on law and justice in the future IS a point, however, as you say.

It's the substance of WHY Americans feel that way that sways the judges too, IMO. This is a simple issue of right and wrong I'm addressing, which could scarcely be more clear(the strong supporting poll numbers are indeed a good indication of this- and if nothing more, surely a repudiation of the notion that's been bandied about that America would hold a denial of Al's counties against Bush). Gore's scenario is inherently unfair on its face, and was never intended in law.

Just like on Millionare, the audience is usually right.

When they vote 94% for one answer, it's almost a lock!
