I haven't bought back , my main position in OEL yet. Still waiting for the chart to turn , and give me a buy signal . Granted OEL has dropped on very low volume , but there must be a reason why it has been allowed to drop back so far. Usually stocks are supported at certain levels , but this one has been allowed to fall freely on it's own. There must be a reason , and I will be curious to find what it is , once the truth comes out. Somebody seems to want to do something , before this stock is allowed to move up again.
