The ned game that we all evisaged has reached its climax, by acceptance of the status of Presidnet elect now Gore is left with the option of pursuing a certified result from FL a doable job but difficult.. With Supreme court oral argument set to be heard on Friday in my opinion the Bush camp has a safe strategy, if FL Supreme court proceeds or other county courts I expect that indented vote results from Broward county would be thrown out by the Federal Supreme court if the partisan ship shown by FL Supreme continues, the Friday day in my opinion is the day when all this crap would be finally rested..Higher courts could have been avoided and we would not be here, but as I said very early on that if Florida Supreme Court gives a judgement that legitimises the vote intent we are going to see that US Supreme Court will accept the case to be heard.. That is unmaintainable defense in a court of law change the goal posts.. it will not happen. Yes some more uncertanity but the wind is out of the sails for Gore, it is difficult and now as we all highlighted here it is not about re-count is about a wish 'what could have been his'.. the markets .. I think that these uncertainities are rare in Presidnetial system of Government although Japan right now is run by a minority man and we have seen Majors running UK with thin majority of one meember of the parliament..so eventually markets have to come around and face the fact that it is Bush not anyone else that is going to be inagurated and so far with all Palm Beach nearly counted that defecit of 300 votes which we thought even if Gore gets another 600 still exist..markets immeidate resistance is 3000 on Comp far 3028 is taken out on two closing basis we may have seen the lows last wednesday.. Lee messages from all of us were from the heart and hope that she rests in peace..
