CONSPIRACY THEORY: Could the dimpled chads be the result of the wholesale punching of multiple ballots at the same time? For example, were the dimpled ballots at the bottom of a stack of 10 or so ballots all punched at the same time by hand (in a mass effort of vote fraud... I know, in Florida of all places)?

This would explain why the chads did not break. I have used these punch cards for 12 years, and for the life of me, I do not see how you can leave an impression without breaking the chads (at least one or two) loose.
