Hi Bruce, ""Be careful ...I think MSDW is pissed"" I was looking this week-end at my last red herring copy and looked at the networking clients listed in the MSDW ad : Avici, corvis, sycamore none of them downgraded of course! Redback and Extreme are not in the list. MSDW has been the underwriter and visibly has lost their business. Is this wall street blackmail or what? I still wonder why the market gives any credibility to ratings issued by houses with such conflicts of interest. Charles
