CatLady, great list! Some of us have just ONE item on the list: 'walk the dog[s]'. Lest you feel left out, because of your name, a lady on my block walks her cat on a leash daily. Usually she is accompanied by her husband who walks his small dog.

Another thing that makes me feel better about market losses is to ponder the 'bargain' stocks I had considered buying, but didn't. Today LU comes to mind. [down another 13%]

After a major market decline causes much pain and grief to our portfolio, we like to get dressed-up and go to a nice Restaurant. After a nice wine and a good meal, we return home and watch the sunset over a sherry. Watching birds and squirrels do their thing remind us that life goes on with or without wealth.

A rising portfolio needs no celebrating.

Cheers, PW.
