Tech and Internet Fallout Brings Dollars and Sense to Net Survivors;

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2000 4:08 AM
- PRNewswire

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Nov 21, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Kanakaris Wireless (OTC Bulletin Board: KKRS) is an
eEntertainment company which is actually benefiting in certain ways from the demise of higher profile rivals and the bear market
for tech and internet stocks.

Kanakaris Wireless announced today that it will be marketing its revenue sharing partner program, in which other web sites can
gain potential revenue and links to movie content at no cost (www.CinemaPop.com, affiliate program), to over 300,000 web sites
with special sign-up incentives. Kanakaris has also become the direct marketer of its own online ad space which it believes was
undervalued in third-party associations because of the desirability of the Kanakaris audience and the "stickiness" of users to its
web site www.CinemaPop.com.

Kanakaris Wireless also reports that it has received an increasing number of subscriptions to its virtual theater web site in the
past 30 says. Even free subscriptions provide Kanakaris with more audience and demographic information than is obtained by
studios in traditional theater or cable TV distribution.

"Kanakaris is gaining a following among analysts, brokers and others based on its five year track record of performance on the
Internet and its 25-year high tech history through its Desience division," said Richard Epstein, President, Alliance Equities. "As
finance deals dry up for other companies, Kanakaris keeps attracting the support of shareholders and large investors," Epstein,
a longtime Kanakaris shareholder and financial backer added.

CEO Alex Kanakaris rejected requests to put a .com suffix on his company name during the height of Internet stock hysteria
and always strategized on a long-term multi-platform delivery strategy. That focus, which is further detailed in two online reports
(Winning Market Share and Advertising/Audience at www.CinemaPop.com, corporate info), seems to be netting major results
as a major shakeout occurs among companies competing with Kanakaris in the direct delivery of online content.

ABOUT KANAKARIS WIRELESS

Kanakaris Wireless has hundreds of on-demand movies and books which can be viewed at multiple bandwidths at
www.CinemaPop.com. Kanakaris Wireless invented the concept of WEAR(TM) (Wireless Entertainment Asynchronous
Remotely). Kanakaris delivered the first online movie in 1995, has been an innovator in eBooks, and has been public since
1997. Kanakaris is a total content and delivery company with services for businesses, consumers and content creators.
