It wouldn't surprise me one iota if it was the same guy.
In my opinion, TIGI's real business plan has always been to sell shares. The Jeff Bruss that you found out about would fit right in with current management, IMHO. They might follow the letter of the law and have a "front" business that produces $5,000.00 a week in revenue, but over the years, the only thing they've produced in any quantity has been shares, a whole bunch of BS PR's, and big losses.

Here's the original SEC complaint...

sec.gov

This is the "complaint".

Meaning charges were brought but not proven
per this or any of your other releases.

What would be more interesting to see is if
any litigation was pursued, and how that litigation
was resolved of since the complaint itself
doesn't demonstrate either favorable or unfavorable
disposition.

Was this settled?
What were the penalties?
Were the charges dropped?
Is this case still pending?

Two Jeff Bruss's in West Chicago would seem
a pretty unlikely coincidence.

Where did the age 28 come from?

Again the "complaint" consists
of "allegations" which may or may not
have been proven.

Can't find any reference to how and if this
case ever proceeded ...or has yet to proceed
per "Administrative Proceedings"
