TV would be in court in a heartbeat if it were Republicans closing the doors in Miami-Dade. This is crazier than a wild west game of high stakes poker, aces up the sleeve. What about, "The public's right to know?" Remember, Miami-Dade reversed itself and only decided to recount nearly two weeks after the election, when it became apparent that Gore probably didn't have enough votes from the other counties. Politically-motivated, late, foul.

But 5,000 contested ballots (according to Washington Post)are not included in these recounts, unfortunately. Maybe the Fla. SC will rule against dimples and pregnancies if they permit the hand recounts.
