I am not sure what you are trying to say, but what is happening is EACH COUNTY is interpreting the law as set down by Legislature and setting their own standards, these standards appear to me to be in a continual state of flux. for instance Palm beach county is presently NOT including dimpled ballots (although they are segregating them in case they later have too) Dade county is. Broward did some each way. I believe its because the law says something to the extent that in a hand count one is to see if they can determine the voters choice but not specifically HOW to make that determination. Needs to be SPELLED OUT. JDN
