freeus,

i have found it is hard to learn while depressed so i do what i have to do to shake the depression on a daily basis. once gone i try to learn, learn, learn. that has been helping.

also go back and look at charts from '94, '91 and other ugly years and think of the opportunity you will have when all this pain comes to end.
