I used to subscribe to DPA awhile back, but no longer.
He used to adjust his cycle dates to coincide w/ actual lows/highs after-the-fact. but I couldn't say for sure that's what he did this time as well.
perhaps a current subscriber who follows can comment.

The May 24th low was the reference low I used also. That corresponded nicely to all three indices (Dow/SPX/OTC) bottoming and the subsequent strong rally in the SPX to the 3-month top at the end of August in the 9-month cycle. Subsequently, had a low in the 20-week cycle in mid-October at approximately the 4 1/2 month trough. Latest rally in market ran right into the bullish left 3 1/3 week period in the 10-week cycle. Next cycle trough is at the bottom of the 10-week cycle in mid-December. The 10-period SK-SD (modified Lane stochastic in AIQ) should also trough in early- to mid-December. It's been a good confirming cycle oscillator for the QQQ's 45 trading-day cycle which next troughs in early December and should precede the second trough in the stock. After mid-January, the 10-, 20-, and 40-week cycles all turn down and trough at end of February.
