I would like to see as a last resort. The best plan is to determine fairly which man won, and have the other support his win and exit with some grace.

Then we can get back to the biz at hand, get oil down, fix inflation-g-, and get the Santa rally in high gear.

We bust another 100 points on the downside of the Nazdog and I smell some big trouble.

Just wait until people get their 401 K statements reflecting the last few weeks of trading. Its one thing to have a flat year, but when you see those - signs by your base value you get pissed.

Dear Charley Mane: well, can you imagin the frustration the Fla. Legislature currently has? They wrote the law, the person (SECRETARY OF STATE) empowered by our state constitution to carry out the law and yes even interpret it if necessary both are being USURPED by a Court of 7 people ill equipped to consider all the ramnifications of their acts. I dont know if we have a National Constitutional crisis but we certainly have such in Fla. JDN
