OT, Hi SbH - but why would anyone [especially the 3rd world dictator] want a tamperproof system :). I am gonna to market something opposite. It is an ASP system, whereby one rents the system from the net. The revenue kicker is the more $$$, the more *modules*, which are proportional to the vote counts! We are talking about ROI, we are talking about unbashed capitalism <VBG>!
