Stephan,

If the market stays flat today I will close some more shorts, especially since Im playing the mutual funds which are on a closing basis.

2742 is still holding on the NDX, but the its not going anywhere yet.

Whenever we get a conclusion to the ELECTION, there should be a quick pop. However, all day long and for several days already, most are expecting a rally to start after a conclusion to the election. That rally has been mentioned by most of the analysts on CNBC and been referenced over and over. That is what is now making me a bit suspicious as to the strength of this rally. I do agree that there will be a strong pop with any conclusion to the election, but too many are expecting that this rally will just continue strongly. So after the initial pop, I will be just looking for clues, since too many are agreeing on the same thing.
