Chris ... I remember thinking 3-4 years ago, when every dip was a buying opportunity for the retail investor (... which usually dragged in the bigger money after the initial move), how the markets movement had to be biased upwards. It then occurred to me what trouble the market might be in if the retail investor/trader ever learnt to short every rally !. Quite prophetic this year in retrospect ...
The averages have improved ... but I'm flat ... and will stay that way to day as the nanny didn't turn up .. great excuse not to do anything ...LOL. I'm surprised there isn't more effort to juice the market given selling has abated ...
