I think you are right, they forgot to make the language consistent. As for Triple T, I gave him some latitude for mistake. If the fuller language allows dimples, what can you do? My argument was that it does not mandate counting dimpled chads, and I was thinking less of an argument in court than that it was not hypocritical to have supported the Texas law, but to still object to dimpled chads, or, for that matter, handcounting overly handled chads.........
