It doesn't matter about any intended votes. What does
matter is the properly cast votes show that BUSH won the
FLA. election. BUSH won the first count by over 1700. BUSH
won the second count by 300. It doesn't look like GORE will
be able to overcome BUSH's lead in the manual county recount.
GORE's only hope is the dimpled chad.
