I think the closer that December 12th come the more motivated mr gore will be to bring this to an end. The last thing he wants is for this to be decided by either the Fl legislature or the US House.

Maybe, bet their last resort would be to try and prevent the state of Florida from sending any electors, in which case they would have a majority of the electors.
