Elwood, the tech market this year is looking more and more like 1974-1975 when the 'nifty fifty' got crushed. Any 'late buyers of the high flyers' are losing some serious coin in here.

LU 84 to 18
MSFT 119 to 68
MU 97 to 34
TXN 100 to 42
WCOM 64 to 15
DELL 59 to 23 (hey, this one doesn't seem to bug me <gg>)
AMAT 115 to 40
INTC 75 to 40
LSI 90 to 23
BRCM 274 to 129
JDSU 153 to 67
GTW 84 to 34
CMGI 163 to 11!!!

And the list goes on. Of course, I have not even mentioned the INUTS, which were insane from the getgo and are never coming back. It may sound perverse, but I think the market is acting rationally and looking back at history, quite normally. Earlier this year I was beginning to doubt myself, but market action since has reaffirmed my belief in looking back and seeing that 'it really isn't different this time'. One consolation with CPQ is that it has been pretty steady thru all the carnage...
