I agree. The Fla. Supreme Court is in the process of usurping her authority. It is obvious by their questions and actions that they are trying to make election theft legal. Their only problem is how to put the best 'face' on this to save themselves some heat.

I'm just firing from the lip here, but interestingly enough, she may have the "power" but not the "right" to do so.

I don't think she will so it is sort of a wasted mental effort to consider, but in theory, she can issue a valid legal certification under the statute. She would of course be in contempt of court, and someone would immediately make a motion to stop it, but it would be a certification. Whether a ruling would issue later that it was retroactively invalid, I don't know.
