November 21st, 2000 at 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, the "new" shockwave casino
will be launched for Beta testing at the www.playstar.com web site. The casino
will be open for play in Practice mode only and we welcome the thoughts of our
customers and shareholders on this exciting new Casino interface. The Grand
Opening is set for December 15th, 2000 at which time the Playstar Casino will
welcome back their existing clientele and new customers alike for real money
play. Playstar is very proud of their new Casino and are actively pursuing
licensing opportunities at this time. Today's launch represents the completion
of the company's first phase of redevelopment. On December 15th the company will
also open the doors of the Playstar Casino Gift Shop offering a variety of
unique sports memorabilia and a product line that continues to expand.
