i see several things that are worrisome for bears: SPX and NDX 10-min. have inverse h&s formations. new lows in COMP and NDX not confirmed by new lows in SPX - that's exactly how we bottomed in May too. also, the halting, cautious way this rally is developing instead of the usual one-day moonshot... and last but not least, lots of bad news being ignored (LU, trade deficit, oil/gas blow-up). bit early to pass final judgment, but one should remain alert here.
