Gene - I thought the Nokia announcement today was pretty last gasp. The killer is tho, Germany and England just spent $100B for spectrum they don't need if they go with QCOM. This cannot stand, once CDMA2000 starts rolling out in US and Asia over the next few months. In fact, with the 1x EV-DV stories we heard today, this may even be accelerated.
