If everyone who was partisan recused themselves, there would be no one left. The process will have to work with what we have in place. Quite frankly I think the FL SC will do what they believe is right under FL law. I don't want to see them legislate from the bench, but, unfortunately, if the legislature blew it and did not provide adequately for resolution in statute for the situation that is in front of us, then the SC must legislate from the bench in this case and it will be up to the legislature to fix their mistakes down the road. You know, I wonder if these counties using outdated voting machines are feeling that new voting machines might be cheaper than all the recounts and man hours they are incurring now? LOL! The ultimate irony.
