Downgrading the stock based on departure of 2 excutives?! Ok, now I can say I have seen it all! Thinking exactly the same thing! What totally useless analysis! I can't believe these guys can get away with it. Projected shortfall in earnings could be reason to sell but gimme a break! The whole business was running just due to that one key executive? Mindboggling. I guess the analysts don't have access to management for guidance and are trying to have impact on the stock. They might even start believing themselves. The last I heard this company was one of the few semis that raised full year estimates. That should mean something. Even if they had projected lower estimates, the stock would not have hit current levels. IMHO, this is a great buy unless management says something negative. In that case it may only be a good buy.
