well, since i don't know the statutes, nor precedent cases, the finer details of the points being made were only understandable to me within the immediate context. however, in terms of the judges body language, the tendency to interrupt, or asking seemingly more pointed questions it looked to me like the Shrubs team had a bit more of an uphill battle. of course this may be due merely to the fact that their argument is weaker...or rather, that the judges have already decided ahead of the hearing that this is the case. ----
