Partially, yes. read post #4372. I think there is a "Cisco style" to managing. I think I read somewhere that they keep the books in near real time and can more effectively manage consistent quarterly results. The reputation gets higher valuations, like "name brand" or star power.

Cisco roots. Bay Networks. Would you provide approximate time frame that this occurred so I can go back and learn some history?
