not even close. read the 10Q. wit is right. neon invested 5.9mm in startups and got $10mm of their 32mm of Q3 lic revenues in return. neon agrees, in turn, to buy undisclosed amount of software and services from tehm in future. VERY suspect, to say the least. i cannot believe this 10Q was out for a week and nobody read it til now. if i had, i would not have lost myself and clients >$850,000 today. i am soooooo mad at myself for not doing my DD. it's on pages 8 adn 9 of the 10Q- hard to argue with and it's going to be very difficult for teh company to spin this positive on the conf call tonight. they are sooooooo conservative in recognizing the ibm revenue; this is really shocking. i could have done without this. shit.
