If you change your mind and you've depressed the square, then the thing to do is to holler out to the polling judge and get a new ballot.

I didn't vote the presidential race in in '96. Didn't vote for either Dole or Clinton, and I thought Perot had slipped a lot since '92. I voted on a machine, so I didn't punch on either red light. But if I had voted a paper ballot, I certainly wouldn't have depressed one candidate's name.

Still awaiting your response on why the Republican Party has so little support among minorities.
