I don't know what all the fuss over post marks is about...I bet there are 50 countries in the world where for 10 grand you could have a postage machine date set back for a few hours while several thousand envelopes were marked... Hell for that matter I'll bet there are 500 post offices in the US where you can get an envelope back dated for the right price.... The only safe answer is for all absentee ballots to be received by the time the normal polls close on election day. Robin
