Each county does it's own thing in Texas ......CNN interviewed an election official from Texas.He said that not only do they use punch cards they some times do a manual count......BTW when asked do you count the dimples he said of course...... So let's not hear any more lame excuses for that hypocrite that you are supporting shall we.
