Except that it is now a prime tax-loss selling candidate, and may even attract some lawsuits if there's more to those two leaving than just better opportunities.

Doug,

Everything is relative. If you want to look at some numbers that make LSI look extremely overvalued, look at NSM and AMD. LSI still has a good valuation. Having said that, I just picked up 6000 shares at $23 as I think today's drop is a little over done.
