I find it amazing how Benjamin Sim would reiterate strong buy and $40 target on Friday, then do a 180 and downgrade. Maybe he MEANT to downgrade on Friday, but it was only a dimpled chad on his ballot, and the machine read it as strong buy. Will he demand a recount once he returns from vacation?

Receptionist stated she did not think they issued any downgrades on NEON today. Then again, what do blondes know???
