Please excuse my improper use of the term ADR.
IPOAF is an ordinary share, 1:1, and the ticker ends in F
ADRS traded NASDAQ/OTCBB usually end in Y (IMAPY, AAPTY, etc..)
ADRs are sometime 1:1 and there are other sponsors beside Morgan
