FuelCell Energy (FCEL: news, msgs) rose more than 10 percent after the company boosted
its authorized shares of common stock from 20 million to 150 million. According to a
company statement, the boost is to make shares available for future issuances for cash, as
share dividends and stock splits, for acquisitions of property or stock of other corporations,
upon the exercise of stock options, and for other corporate purposes. No decision has been
made to issue additional shares at this time. The shares added $5.19 to $57.06.
