RMAG files 8-k on merger with BRTL.

1 share of BRTL will equal .65 shares of RMAG.

At close of day today BRTL was .96 and RMAG was 2.15
Using the proposed merger rate one can buy RMAG by buying BRTL for $1.48 (.96/.65) or a 30%+ discount. Would expect this percentage to become narrower. Wish a date was set for merger to make eligible for Golden Lists.
