Do you have a link for that?

I stated Bush's position. On the fraction of Texas ballots w/chads, they count "indentations(same as dimples or pregnant, so far as I know)." Texas isn't in play, however. Palm Beach had standards in which dimples didn't count(reasonably so- voter error arguments considered). This is the state that counts. Now Democrat controlled canvassing commissions seek to change their own rules in the middle of the game. What conclusion is a reasonable person supposed to draw?
