SCII mum on 36% share drop

Sensar (SCII: news, msgs) is tumbling $2.84, or 36 percent, to $5.16. Volume is 435,000 shares, compared with the daily average of about 311,000. A spokesperson at the company, which is moving into the wireless business through the acquisition of Net2Wireless, declined to comment on the movement in the stock. Back on Nov. 9, SCII tumbled 30 percent to $10.56 after it said Net2Wireless and Nextel Communications's (NXTL: news, msgs) Nextel Finance had agreed to terminate a stock purchase agreement. The 52-week range in Sensar's stock has been $89.88-$4.38.<<
