We use the punch card in my state. If the ballot is mis-aligned, it would be mis-aligned throughout that voting card. Your two posts are not even addressing the same issue.

DO YOU HONESTLY BELIEVE THAT??? I can assure you that I jammed that stylus clearly and firmly through the hole. I waited 8 years to send Al back home (and they don't even want him), and danced in the voting booth when I did it.

Perhaps Al's alleged dimple-voters had voter's remorse.
