My guess is that some of the news leaked(as it usually does with any company) and the NSI folks, realizing it would be unfair to some, pulled the plug. IMHO this news will be significant(because of the wider spread buying/share increase) but not the most significant. That is still in the pipeline as are other things. All this is my supposition from discussions with other shareholders and my personal observations. Man, I wish I was a bug on the wall of NSI's mgmt. I'm goin' nuts with curiosity. LOL Whatever is going on has already had a positive affect and I think it's only the beginning. Harry
